“Preview unavailable” (custom domain)

The preview iframe is blocked when the link uses a custom domain — Creator isn’t “broken”; the live site can still run normally.

The Loading Appifio Creator screen sticks, reports a failed load, or shows critical — fix in the right order before switching machines or reinstalling the browser.

Templates wipe all data — prevention & recovery

Applying a template is not a light theme swap — the system DELETES ALL files, routes, and temporary project data, then replaces them with the template. There is no Undo.

AI uses writeFile on a list → data breaks

Contacts/products/blog lists “vanish,” shrink, or corrupt shards — usually writeFile writing the whole array instead of indexed CRUD.

APK export is BETA and resource-heavy. Free plans may block it entirely; a failed build usually means simplify the app or check Project profile (App name).

Aura CMS cannot log in / forgot superadmin

Can’t open /{url}/cms — first-time setup, wrong password, or expired session. Password reset goes through the platform APIs, not by “editing login.json” yourself.

CDN library enabled but not loading

You toggled Bootstrap/Chart under Libraries (CDN) but preview still says $ is not defined — usually you forgot to Save, or you confused it with the media Files / image library.
