Mastering your Appifio dashboard

A comprehensive guide to managing core link types: Biolink, AI Website, AI Webapp, and Shortlink.

1. Global dashboard architecture

The Appifio interface is built with an intuitive layout designed to give you a complete overview of your entire digital ecosystem.

Top navigation bar (Navbar)

The navigation bar serves as the command center, connecting you to core services and account tools:

Personalized greetings: The system automatically adjusts its greeting based on the time of day, displaying your account name and the current date.

Core service menu: Quick access to the Showcase gallery, AI Prompt Studio, and the Apps Store.

Notification center: The bell icon keeps you updated on important activities, system feedback, or the latest news from Appifio.

Premium recognition: A vibrant PRO badge is displayed if you are currently on a Gold or Diamond plan.

Administrative shortcuts: Buttons for Admin access (if authorized), Account settings, and Logout are neatly organized on the right side.

Process: Select a topic -> Customize style & button types (Rounded, Square, 3D, Pill, Outline, Shadow) -> Enter description. The AI automatically designs your complete page.

Note: You can always select "Manual Create" for full control in traditional mode. See the Manual Biolink guide for more details.

Website AI Wizard AI

Create professional landing pages or portfolios. The AI suggests everything from content structure to conversion-optimized imagery.

Source options: Start from a Blank page, use a Default template, or import designs from a specific Showcase ID.

App Builder AI Beta

Generate Android source code (Kotlin) and mobile webapps (PWA) from simple functional descriptions.

Pro tip: Within the Wizard modals, use the "Random Prompts" button for inspiration. You can also customize your project name, description, and URL slug during the initialization step.

Edit: Access the detailed configuration page.

Duplicate: Create an identical copy to save setup time.

QR Code: Retrieve the specific QR code for this link.

Delete: Permanently remove the resource from the system.
