Paid Service Plans and Refunds

You can subscribe to the Dinh Danh service with a free plan or a paid plan and cancel at any time. Your plan will begin when you accept these Terms and will continue until you cancel it. If you cancel a paid plan, it will typically continue until the end of your current billing cycle and then automatically switch to the free plan. To cancel, please contact us (admin@dinhdanh.com). To the extent permitted by applicable law, payments are non-refundable. However, we understand that your needs may sometimes change. Therefore, if you have chosen a paid plan but cancel within 7 days, we may consider providing you with a full 100% refund (please email us at admin@dinhdanh.com).

You can cancel the service and request a refund within a certain period after purchasing the service. Dinh Danh allows users to cancel the service and request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase.
